Victory Elohim looks like gold-white Light radiating in all directions. Throughout all of Creation, Victory Elohim recalls all of the layers of individuation and separation back into Oneness.

She sanctifies all Divine Programs, Thresholds and individuals so that they may understand their personal ascension process as it is connected to a much vaster program of universal ascension.
